1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Brewmark handles information when you use the app. Brewmark is intended to help users record fitness training sessions, workout notes, progress signals, and optional paid review outputs. The app is not intended for medical diagnosis, emergency use, or professional health advice.
2. Information You Provide
You may enter workout details such as exercise names, sets, repetitions, load, effort ratings, dates, and notes about how a session felt. You choose what to enter. Please avoid adding sensitive information that is not needed for your training record.
By default, Brewmark does not require an account. The app does not ask for a password, profile registration, or social login unless a future version clearly presents those features.
3. How Information Is Used
Brewmark uses the information you enter to save training sessions, reopen workout notes, show simple progress summaries, and create optional review content inside the app. The app may also use basic app settings, purchase status, and device-level operating information to keep the experience working as expected.
4. Local Records and Retention
Training records and notes are generally kept on your device so you can reopen them later. They remain available until you delete them, delete the app, reset the app data, or use a device or operating-system feature that removes local app data.
5. App Store Purchases
Brewmark may offer consumable in-app purchases through the App Store. Apple processes payments and may provide the app with purchase confirmation, product identifiers, transaction status, and related information needed to unlock or restore eligible purchase results. Brewmark does not receive your payment card number.
6. Service Providers and Platform Services
The app may rely on Apple services for distribution, purchases, crash reporting, diagnostics, and operating-system functions. These services are governed by Apple's applicable terms and privacy practices. If you contact us for support, we may process the information you choose to include in your message.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled by the app. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and you are responsible for protecting access to your device and backups.
8. Your Choices
You can choose not to enter workout information, remove local app data by deleting the app, manage App Store purchases through Apple, and adjust device settings that affect app permissions or diagnostics. If you contact us with a privacy request, we will review it based on the information available to us.
9. Children's Privacy
Brewmark is not directed to children under 13 or to any younger age where parental consent is required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the concern.
10. International Use
Brewmark may be used globally. If information is processed by platform services, support tools, or service providers, it may be handled in countries other than where you live, subject to applicable law and service provider safeguards.
11. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be made available in the app or through the same place where this policy is provided. Your continued use of Brewmark after an update means the updated policy applies.
